In the unlikely event you are not happy with your order we will do
everything possible to rectify the situation and leave you a happy
customer! If you are thinking about returning your order please contact
us immediately as we may be able to offer help and advice to help
resolve any problems.
Made to measure items.
We cannot except returns due to personal taste or mistakes with
incorrect sizes on any made to measure or cut to order items. If you
are unsure of whether or not you will be happy with your choice before
you order we strongly advise that you request a sample to ensure the
fabric and or colour are what you expect. Unfortunately windows come in
many, many different size which would make it extremely difficult for
us to re-sell any custom made orders.
Faulty orders
If you believe your order to be faulty you may be entitled to a full refund providing that:
- You contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.
- They are returned to us (initially at your cost) within 30 days of receiving your request to return the faulty item.
If we can confirm that there was a fault present when we originally
dispatched the order you will be entitled to a full refund, including
postage charges via your original payment method.
Cancelling orders
If you change your mind
once you have placed an order and have not yet received your goods you
may be able to cancel your order if:
- Your ready made order has not yet been dispatched.
- We have not started to make your custom made order.
If we have started to make your custom made order it cannot be
cancelled. If we have already dispatched your ready made order you must
follow the above returns procedure.

Please obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for
any losses.

note that we will not refund net curtains or any products that have
been altered or custom made to your requirements unless the goods are
deemed faulty by JustDecor.
